Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Congress registration cancellation can be only allowed to written on tdb@opteamist.com
• For congress registration cancellations made until May 5 2023, entire amount is refunded.
• All booked registration services cancelled between May 5th – July 10th , 2023 are 30% refundable, except for bank transfer charges.
• No refunds for cancellations made after 8th July 2022.
• All refunds will be made after the congress
