CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES

• The specified prices include a 2% Accommodation Tax and 10% VAT.
• The specified prices are for one-night stays.
• Hotel prices are calculated based on the exchange rate of the day the payment is made on the online system.
• Breakfast is included in the above prices.
• *For reservations made at the congress hotels, transportation services between the hotel, congress center, and hotel are included. Shuttle services will be available on this route at certain times. Shuttle times will be announced in the coming days.
• *For both congress hotels and non-congress hotels, there is no transportation service between the congress center and the hotel for reservations made personally (outside of the Congress Website).
• *Shuttle tickets will be distributed on the first day of the congress.

Confirmations:

If you have made your payment via credit card through the online system, your confirmation letter will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Congress cancellations are only accepted in writing to tdbkayit@k2-events.com.
• Cancellations made between May 5 and June 20, 2025, will receive a 30% refund of the total amount.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after June 20, 2025.
• All refund payments will be processed after the congress.
