Cancellation Conditions
- Conference registration cancellations are only accepted in writing to tdbkayit@k2-events.com.
- Cancellations made by May 5, 2025, will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between May 5 and July 10, 2025, will receive a 30% refund of the total amount, excluding the bank transfer fee.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations after July 10, 2025.
- All cancellation refunds will be processed after the conference.
